Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging our voiceover services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the client and the voice artist and apply to all projects unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion and delivery of the voiceover files. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. For projects exceeding €1,000, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.

• Full payment required before final files are delivered
• Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge
• All prices quoted are in EUR unless otherwise specified

3. Revisions & Corrections

Two rounds of revisions are included with every project at no additional cost. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of initial delivery. Additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur additional fees.

4. Usage Rights & Licensing

Usage rights are granted based on the agreed-upon license at the time of quote. Common license types include:

• Web/Social Media: Unlimited use on client's owned digital platforms
• Broadcast: Regional or national TV/radio with specified term
• Corporate/Internal: Internal company use only
• Buyout: All rights transferred to client in perpetuity

Using the recording outside the agreed license requires additional payment and a new license agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled recording time with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before recording will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Once recording has begun, the full project fee applies regardless of cancellation.

6. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours for projects under 5 minutes. Larger projects will have turnaround discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Rush delivery (same day or next day) is available for an additional 50% fee.

7. File Delivery

Files are delivered electronically via email, cloud storage link, or FTP as preferred by the client. Standard delivery format is 48kHz/24-bit WAV files. Files are archived for 90 days after delivery. Beyond 90 days, file retrieval may incur an archival fee.

8. Confidentiality

All client scripts, materials, and project information are treated as confidential. I will not share, discuss, or use your materials for any purpose other than completing your project unless you provide explicit permission.

9. Liability

The voice artist is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the voiceover recordings. The client assumes all responsibility for obtaining necessary permissions, rights, and licenses for the script content and final usage.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
